Meeting Daniel was one of the most incredible things that has ever happened to me. He is kind, generous, smart, and funny. The way he looks at me makes me feel like the luckiest man in the world. I never imagined that someone could love me with so much care and devotion. His kindness and love have transformed my life in ways I didn’t know were possible. This was my best friend in high school, Caroline. She is amazing. The funniest kindest person you could ever meet. She’s also incredibly talented at classical guitar. We used to have a duo together called The Devonshire Duo where we played classical guitar. We were the youngest students ever accepted to The University of North Carolina School of the Arts for classical guitar. We studied alongside college students in 8th grade and we recorded our first and only album together in our junior year. We lost touch after that but she’s amazing and I hope she’s well. One day I buckled over in pain unable to move. I had to go to the ER immediately and they told me “It’s a good thing you came in today.” It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. It was an excruciatingly painful time. Every single day was a struggle. After a year and a half of surgeries, I got myself a treat.
